We got groceries unloaded and both of the girls settled, and my parents headed out for lunch. I sat down with Berkley, and Braelyn announced her shirt was dirty. I asked her to put it in the washroom, and when she walked out, she was stripped down to her panties, and had both her pigtails and barrette pulled out of her hair. She headed into the kitchen, and I knew I was in trouble when I realized it had been quiet for about two minutes. Before my mom left she had opened her gigantic package of toilet paper to put some rolls downstairs, and Braelyn, only too quickly saw an opportunity. . .

I should have gone to work. . .
After almost a week, of everyone being sick in the house, we finally felt up for a trip to the grocery store. If I am lucky my mom comes with me, and we divide and conquer the little ones. I usually luck out because Braelyn is stuck to Munga's hip, so I get the child who is still immobile, and she gets to chase the other one, who decided she had to ride her stick horse to the store on this trip. After finally getting out of the store, into the freezing slush and rain, with two full grocery carts, I realized my huge double stroller was in the trunk. It's a good thing my mom is tiny because she had to ride home with her feet on top of grocery sacks and cartons of milk. Braelyn had a huge package of toilet paper next to her, and during the car ride she made friends with it and it ended up on her lap, so we couldn't even see her. If I had only known how good of friends they would become. . .

I wish I knew what went through her mind. I don't think we will ever figure her out. At least Taylor got a chuckle out of it.
