The first day was a little confusing, but as soon as we found her teacher Braelyn was at ease and went right into the water. After that first dive she was hooked and would have lived at the pool if she could have. She had wonderful teachers who spent time both playing and teaching. She learned how to blow bubbles, front and back float, rocket dive, and front and back stroke. She was the most outgoing in her class and was the only who dared to actually paddle when the teachers would have them off their feet. She also liked to jump off the edge no matter who was there to catch her, so they learned to keep one hand out for her. I was really proud of her and told her so after one lesson and she replied, "I'm proud of me too." She loved showing everyone all the things she learned and was so excited when Munga came to watch a lesson. Berkley was happy that she didn't have to get in the water and was content with her treats on the side. I often wonder where this brave little extroverted kid came from and I love watching her trying and learning new things.
